第二次去ＸＸ人才公司面试[原创]

　　11月15日，因为工资待遇没有达到期待值，我放弃了ＸＸ人才公司的PHP程序员工作机会。上周六，该公司经理再次给我打电话，说他对公司老总说了下我的情况，老总决定直接和我面谈，增加工资待遇。

　　我们约定了今天（11月27日）上午和该公司老总面谈。老总首先对我进行了面试，结果不出所料，满意。最后花了一个小时谈论焦点问题－－工资待遇。老总不愧为久经商场的老将，他的话语中有虚有实，将感情、提升、发展、加薪、家庭等完美地结合起来试图说服我，但哪些话是虚，哪些话是实，我还是能分辩出来的。例如他说“你尚未结束本学期课程的两个月，算作兼职试用期，之后正式上班，如果觉得你确实非常优秀，可以给你3000元或者4000元每月。”，然而，非常优秀评定的标准呢？我期待正式期工资的底线是2800元/月，我要求他承诺一个底线。在承诺面前，他终于由虚转实，觉得2800元/月有点高，能给我2500元/月以及提供住宿。

　　其实，在武汉工作，“2500元/月＋提供住宿”对于应届毕业生来说，已经不错了，但我还是决定放弃了。因为在武汉从事PHP程序开发，发展前景不大，如果不能拿到一个高工资，我不想留在武汉发展，准备2007年1月20号本学期课程结束后，直接去北京。
