　　天涯博客的访问速度越来越慢了，由于其服务器为电信宽带接入，电信用户访问天涯博客的速度还行，但网通、教育网用户就很难打开它了。我的博客在天涯安家已经有1年半，当初选择天涯博客是因为它的访问速度快；它的模板可以自由修改，可以自由放置HTML代码，而且没有广告；它的页面被搜索引擎收录的几率高，而且排名考前。现在天涯博客的访问速度慢下来了，从中南民大校园网几乎无法打开它，但我还是不想搬家，于是开发了《天涯博客缓存加速系统 V1.0 beta》，旨在加快访问天涯博客的速度。
　　　　
　　《天涯博客缓存加速系统 V1.0 beta》采用ASP脚本与PHP脚本混和编写，其原理是：利用电信、网通、铁通三线双IP接入ChinaNET骨干网的服务器作为缓存服务器。访问者首先通过电信、网通、铁通等不同的线路访问缓存服务器，如果访问者请求的网页1小时之内没有被访问过，缓存服务器将根据访问者的请求从天涯博客服务器读取对应网页并显示出来，同时将该网页以HTML文件的形式保存在缓存服务器中；如果访问者请求的网页1小时之内被访问过，缓存服务器则从自身的硬盘中读取相应的HTML缓存文件并显示出来。
