　　以前我和华中科大FastDev软件开发组的技术负责人周融聊天时，他对我说过两句话：“第一、一个人不要同时做多个技术开发项目，否则精力分散，设计思维混乱，很难按时高质量地完成其中的每一项。在团队开发中，如果因某个人负责的部分不能按时按质完成，势必会托慢整个团队的开发进程，造成更大的损失。第二、如果做一个项目即使能给你带来收获，但是如果这种收获的价值远低于自己所付出精力的价值，也不要做，因为你把自己的时间耗费在上面，是一种无形的得不偿失的交易，而你完全可以利用这段时间做更有价值的事。”
　　可是，我一直都未能做到。事实证明了，他的话是无疑是正确的。现在多线“作战”的我，被拖得疲惫不堪，心情也乱糟糟的。很多时候，决定不做比决定要做更难，拒绝比接收更需要定力。想拥有的东西太多，凡事都不想放弃，都想去尝试一下，到最后没有一件事能真正做好。
