　　院第九届学生会是内定产生的，不知道院领导为什么会采用这种方式，但采用任何方式都有它的理由。正如比尔盖茨的一句话“人生是不公平的，去习惯它接受它吧。”然而换种角度来看，这世界没人会帮你发现自己，有能力必须学会自我展示。院领导为什么要内定甲，而不是乙，重要的原因是因为他对甲熟悉、信任，知道甲的才能，而对乙一无所知。所以，即使内定，对于每一个人又是公平的。
　　
　　我是2004年9月(大二时)直接进入院学生会的，大一时没在班委、年级学生会担任过任何职务，不知道从普通学生直接进入院学生会是不是很少见。但不管怎样，大二那一年我总的来说做得还不错，年终被评为院第八届学生会优秀个人。今天诞生的院第九届学生会中，我接替了原部门前任部长晓晓姐姐的职务，独当一面，压力更大了。
