　　【乌兰布统大草原】

　　早餐过后，乘车北行，越过河北、内蒙古分界线----界河（滦河），到达内蒙古乌兰布统大草原。草原深处，大巴车无法进入。7:40，29人选择乘当地越野车进入、16人选择骑马进入，费用都是60元/人/小时。我们选择乘越野车的同事，回来后，又骑了1小时的马。然后大巴车载我们去了影视基地外景拍摄地，在那里合照留念。乌兰布统草原，每一处都是靓丽风景。

　　历史：1690年，康熙率军西征，在博洛河屯坐镇指挥，将勾结沙俄，阴谋叛国的噶尔丹叛军围困在乌兰布统。经过三天激战，给了噶尔丹沉重打击，使其从此一蹶不振。乌兰布统古战场中的一片水泡子，就是当年康熙的舅父佟国纲率军冲杀叛军牺牲的地方。因此人们又称它为“将军泡子”。

　　当年的刀光剑影、战马嘶鸣已成为历史，将军的血融入泡子养育着静静的草原。那里今天已经成为游人们骑马射箭的娱乐场所，顿时心生感悟。

　　

　　【滦河源头】

　　午餐过后，前往滦河源头。拥有华北第二大河、流经18个旗县、全长近1000公里、流域面积近6万平方公里、年平均径流量48亿立方米的滦河之一源——吐力根河发源于乌兰布统漠海恩都尔山西麓的七道沟、八道沟和老鸦甸子湿地，因源头湿地植被保护较好，泉水渊源不断地向外涌流，多个泉眼汇集成蜿蜒曲折的小河，小河流水潺潺、清澈见底，河中盛产“细鳞鱼”为国家二级保护鱼类。

　　吐力根（蒙语意为弯曲狭窄）河辖区内河长60公里，在下游的河夹心南（克旗与多伦县交界处）同赵古堆河汇流出境，年均径流量0.337亿立方米，平均流量0.9立方米/秒。吐力根河是内蒙古克什克腾旗与河北省围场县的界河，远远望去象一条玉带飘落在坝上草原高原，河的北岸草原辽阔，丘陵起伏，山花烂漫，植被保存完好，大有风吹草低现牛羊的壮观景象；河的南岸是无边无际人工林，浓荫如盖，松涛阵阵，让游人切身感到人类改造大自然的惊人壮举。在河道宽阔、地势低洼处，形成了若干湖沼，星罗棋布，如火泡子、沙仁脑泡子、长腿泡子等。

　　这里水随山转，山因水活，山水相映成趣，使山川草木极富灵性。尤其有些泉水还伴有美丽的神话传说，更增加了独特的魅力。引滦（河）入（天）津后，当时任水利部部长的钱正英曾经来这里参观考察，了解此地为滦河之一源，从此公开认定这里为“滦河源头”。

　　【滦河漂流】

　　从源头小湖泊流出的小溪，开始体验草原漂流。水流很缓，跟南方的漂流没法比，但独人独艇，顺着源头蜿蜒而下，却是另一番感受。

　　

　　【坝上小镇】

　　下午4点，累了一天的我们，回到一眼就可以望到尽头的这座MINI坝上小镇。这里没有当地的居民楼，只有外来人员开办的旅店、商铺、餐馆。这里的旅店没有空调、没有网线。

　　这里没有中国移动的TD-SCDMA 3G信号，我的移动双模3G上网卡，连上2G的EDGE，实际下载速度只有1~2KB/秒，什么也干不了；这里的中国联通也不给力，屋内信号弱、草原深处无信号；但这里绝对是中国电信的天下，草原上信号无盲点，同事的电信3G上网卡，下载速度能达到150KB/秒。
