今天我们在这里，要讨论一个现实中已经不复存在的论坛和曾经在这个论坛里发生的太多太美好的故事。这个论坛在很长的一段时间里呢，都曾经深深的影响了包括我在内的很多网友们，它曾经给我们的 生活增添了太多的色彩……它就是“五星论坛”,诞生于2002年11月3日，曾经是我们在校园里唯一的一个精神家园。
2004年8月因为一次技术事故，“五星论坛”数据全部丢失，“五星”，从此成为历史。前不久民大 论坛的技术顾问回忆未来在一次偶然的操作中，恢复了“五星”的部分数据。不能否认，在我们看到曾经这么熟悉的“五星”的界面时，心里的那种感触是无法用文字来形容的……
如果“五星”依然存在，那么今年它已经三岁了。三年来，民大的网络家园有了很大的发展，5016 ，南湖虫子，半熟部落等民间论坛相继出现，校党委宣传部也投入了更多的资金和设备，在“五星”的基础上创办了民大论坛。尽管“五星”已经一去不返，但它仍然在很多人心中占据着很特殊的位置。
在这个特殊的时候，“戈鸽会客厅”特地请来曾经和五星有过很密切关系的几位嘉宾，他们分别是“五星论坛”的三驾马车：中南偏北，朝北，李丹；以及曾经在五星上活跃的戈鸽，一个好人和现在民大论坛的技术顾问回忆未来。他们将和大家一起来回忆那段特殊的日子。我们也试图以这样一种方式，来祭奠很多人心底一些曾经逝去，正在逝去或者即将逝去的记忆......
